Julien Ginisty: Property advisor – Sales & rental management

Originally from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, I started my career in real estate in 2017, when the director of the Century21 Chevallier Immobilier agency came looking for me to join his team. Since then, I’ve helped more than 140 customers, with a clear vision: to make every project a success in terms of both people and property.

Now based in Tahiti, I’m proud to be working for French Polynesia Sotheby’s International Realty in such an exceptional setting. My role is to add value to the rarest properties with the highest standards, discretion and intelligence, and to connect my clients with qualified buyers or tenants. Thanks to my dual role in sales and rental management, I can offer a strategic, tailor-made approach focused on excellence.

What I love most of all is the richness of the encounters and the diversity of the stories behind each property. Each project is unique, and I work hard to ensure that everything aligns perfectly: the right property, at the right time, with the right person. My approach is rigorous, caring and always personalised. I’m there to listen, advise, represent and defend my clients’ interests, with commitment and respect.

One of my fondest memories is of helping a lonely man realise his latest dream: to live by the sea in Brittany. That moment in his life had a profound effect on me, and is a perfect illustration of what I want to bring to my job: a sense of connection, meaning and trust.
